SUMMARY
Coordinates the preparation and implementation of programs to ensure compliance with company’s quality processes and procedures. Implement and maintain Quality KPI’s and performs other associated Quality tasks. Conducts Incoming First Article on PCBA’s, Sheetmetal, and various electro-mechanical components. Lead in conducting MRB, dispositions and trending and associated supplier CAPA’s. Lead Internal and Supplier Audits. Assist in RoHS compliance
Duties/Responsibilities
- Advanced understanding of electro-mechanical high speed Computer Server Processor product functional and design specifications background
- Experience in leading FMEA’s is highly desirable
- Support AS9100 compliance and recertification
- Devises and implements methods and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and production equipment
- Conducts quality assurance tests
- Performs statistical analysis to assess the cost of, and determine the responsibility for, products or materials that do not meet required standards and specifications
- Prepares and maintains a variety of reports concerning Quality Metrics
- Supports and has high degree of documentation control systems understanding
- Reviews returned material and verifies customer complaints; develops action plan to address discrepancies; communicates with customers as required
- Communicates and resolves QA issues with operators/technicians on a day-to-day basis
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Must have Electro-mechanical and hands on Receiving Inspection experience
- Must have working knowledge or RoHS compliance
- Must have working knowledge of AS9100
- Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) or equivalent in related field or 7 – 15 years related experience.

Salary Range
-
$70,000 to $85,000
The range is specifically for those potential hires who will work in the CA location. Any offered salary is determined based on relevant factors such as applicant's skills, performance, job responsibilities, prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications and market considerations.
