Mike Knowles has more than 30 years of leadership experience in global aerospace and defense markets, including Cubic Corporation, Rockwell Collins, Lockheed Martin, and Curtiss Wright Defense Solutions. Over his career he has effectively developed and launched market-changing technologies and products in both defense and commercial markets. As President and GM of Cubic Corporation’s Mission and Performance Solutions business, Knowles led a $700 million global business unit with 2,000 employees. He directed the development and implementation of strategies and organizational transformations that drove significant increases in sales and margin percentage, and achieved year-over-year growth in bookings, sales, and EBITDA. Mr. Knowles is a retired Navy Officer, AEDO, and graduate of the U.S. Naval Test Pilot school. He has a bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy, a master’s degree in aerospace engineering from the US Naval Postgraduate School and an MBA from George Mason University.

John Morrison, has served as our chief financial officer since September 1, 2017. Mr. Morrison is a CPA for more than 30 years with experience. From June 2014 to September 2017, he served as the chief financial and operations officer for Carole Cole Company. From January 2013 to September 2013 he served as the chief financial officer of Gen-E, an IT process automation software company. For eleven years, Mr. Morrison served as the executive vice president and chief financial and operations officer for the Kelley Blue Book Company. He began his career working 15 years for the public accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers both in the U.S. and Asia. Mr. Morrison holds a B.S. in accounting and business management and a Masters in Accounting from Brigham Young University.

Jim Ison has 28 years' combined sales, product management and marketing management experience in leading-edge large-scale electronic systems using breakthrough technologies. His expertise covers government, communications and HPC markets with particular focus on AI applications in unique environments. Prior to OSS, Jim held senior sales and marketing positions for Ziatech and Rittal. During the 15 years in OSS management, he has led the technological evolution and integration of OSS' many mergers and acquisitions. Jim holds a bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering from CalPoly SLO and an MBA from University of Florida.

Julia Elbert has over 23 years of experience in engineering, specializing in Linux, PCI Express, and device drivers for communication hardware. Elbert is responsible for managing and leading the team of engineers at One Stop Systems to develop high speed electronic products focused around PCI Express. She also works in business development to build partnerships with vendors and customers to support One Stop Systems and Magma’s product line and to increase sales. Elbert graduated from the University of California, San Diego.

Robert Kalebaugh has more than 36 years' experience in the development, marketing, and sales engineering of advanced technologies for the commercial and government markets. This includes more than 30 years in global aerospace and defense, where he built deep relationships with Tier 1 prime contractors, filled multibillion dollar pipelines, and led sales and marketing campaigns that secured multiple $100 million procurements. Prior to OSS, Robert held several senior leadership positions with increasing levels of responsibility at Cubic Defense Corporation, most recently as VP of business development. Robert has served in the U.S. Navy, and holds B.A. in Aviation Management from Southern Illinois University.

Victor has over 28 years’ experience in entrepreneurship having co-founded 5 different companies. He began his career by starting his own small business and from there he oversaw operations at a company that grew from $5M to over $100M in less than 6 years. Victor is on the board of advisors for World Help and chairs an annual Causelife Golf Tournament in San Diego. He is the recipient of multiple community involvement awards. Victor holds a B.A. from Thomas Edison State University, and attended the Stanford Executive Institute for management of technology companies.

Martin Stiborski is running the OSS EMEA business, as well as our wholly owned subsidiary, Bressner Technology in Munich, Germany. Martin is a self-driven Managing Director with 19 years of experience in the IT industry, specializing in rugged industrial and high-performance computing products. He started his career in various sales and marketing positions before being promoted to director of sales and marketing, general manager and 2015 managing director. Martin has an entrepreneurial and agile mindset, excellent management skills and tactics. He combines sales and marketing driven execution with a deep technical prowess. In his career, he became very well connected to strategic supply chain partners globally. Bressner Technology GmbH is part of OSS since October 2018.

Jim joined OSS from Concept Development, Inc., where he served as President for 29 years before the merger with OSS in 2018. CDI provided services to OEMs in the aerospace, medical, and industrial fields, mainly the development of embedded computer and networking components. Jim is a founder and board member of New Vista School (501c3), a high school tailored for students with autism, and served 8 years as an elected member of the Capistrano USD board. Jim studied Computer Science and Math at UC Irvine and received an NACD certificate in Corporate Governance from the UCI Bren School of Management.

Ken Potashner has served as a member of our board of directors since 2006. Mr. Potashner has extensive BOD experience in high growth, high technology global organizations. He has served as Chairman of Newport Corporation where he provided 18 years of service culminating in the sale of Newport in 2016 for $980M. Mr. Potashner was Chairman of Maxwell Technologies and directed it through a period of rapid expansion. He has also served on the BOD of California Micro Devices, SonicBlue Inc, and Singapore Technologies, all publicly traded companies. Potashner is currently serving on the board of American Lithium Energy, Generation eSports, Prologue Mobile, and CSMG all of which are private companies. Several of the private companies that Mr. Potashner has had affiliations with have achieved successful exits or significant financings. Mr. Potashner has a BSEE from Lafayette College and an MSEE from SMU, Executive certifications from Columbia and INSEAD in Lausanne, Switzerland. He also has an Advanced Professional Director certification from American Board of Directors.

David Raun has more than 24 years of experience at senior management and board levels in public and private companies including over 10 M&A/fund raising events. He was with PLX Technology, Inc., a publicly traded company on Nasdaq, from 2004-2014 where he eventually became president, chief executive officer and a director. In this role, he led the company to an acquisition by Avago (now Broadcom) after driving the company to 70%+ market share, record revenues and profits. Mr. Raun also served as chief operations officer at Home Bay, an on-line technology base real estate company in 2019. Prior to Home Bay, he was the president, COO and interim chief financial officer at ASSIA, Inc. a Silicon Valley-based SaaS providers from 2016-2018. Here he led a quick turnaround driving to record revenues and approached 40% operating margins. Prior to these roles he had multiple VP of Marketing, Business Development, Corporate Development and Sales roles. He was chairman of the board at Kilopass, a semiconductor IP supplier until they were acquired by Synopsys in 2018. Mr. Raun holds a B.S. in computer and electrical engineering from University of California, Santa Barbara.

Kimberly Sentovich joined the board in February 2019 and is a seasoned merchandising, operations, IT and supply chain executive with 30 years of experience with multi-billion-dollar profit and loss responsibility. From 2017-2018, Ms. Sentovich served as the Senior Vice President of Operations for Torrid, an apparel retailer. From 2015 to 2017, Ms. Sentovich was Executive Vice President of Stores and Logistics at Gymboree, responsible for all 1,300 company owned stores in North America. Ms. Sentovich previously spent seven years (2008-2015) at Walmart rising from Regional Vice President of Operations - California to Divisional Senior Vice President of Operations - Pacific Division and fifteen years at The Home Depot (1993-2008) rising to the level of Regional Vice President of Operations. Ms. Sentovich obtained her MBA from The Paul Merage School of Business, University of California, Irvine and her B.A. in Philosophy and Political Science with a Minor in economics from Bryn Mawr College. Mr. Sentovich's extensive executive and operations experience, as well as her independence, judgment and exceptional leadership experience makes her a valuable addition to the Board.

Greg Matz is a financial executive who has served in CFO, vice president and controller roles for more than 20 years. In addition to recently joining our board, he is also a board member and audit committee chair for Dare Bioscience, a public clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company. Mr. Matz is also a National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) Board Leadership Fellow as well as an NACD Certified Director. In addition, Mr. Matz received a certification from the NACD/Carnegie Mellon University in Cybersecurity Oversight. Previously, he served as senior vice president, chief financial officer, and chief risk officer at The Cooper Companies, an NYSE-traded global medical device company. In these roles, he provided leadership for the financial functions, including planning, reporting, tax, audit, business analytics and risk management. Matz also worked closely with the executive team on global strategy, investor relations and business development. Earlier, he held key management roles in finance and marketing at Agilent Technologies and Hewlett Packard. Matz graduated from the University of San Francisco with a B.S. in Business Administration and completed The Wharton School’s Advanced Management Program at the University of Pennsylvania.

Gioia Messinger, a new member of our board of directors, brings years of experience in electronics, Internet of Things (IoT) on the edge, robotics, AI and digital health. She founded and currently serves as principal of LinkedObjects, a strategic advisory services business focused on digital transformation brought about by AI and IoT. Messinger also founded and served as CEO of Avaak, now NYSE-traded Arlo Technologies, the award-winning smart video security system that has defined the category and is now the market leader. Prior to Avaak, she founded and served as CEO of an early-stage healthcare IT company and helped develop the PillCam™. Ms. Messinger was on the board of Vicon Industries, a manufacturer of commercial video surveillance systems, and currently serves on the board of Kelzal (Qelzal Corporation), a local startup developing novel neural networks and vision sensor technology, and is on the Council of Advisors at UC San Diego Jacobs School of Engineering. She earned her B.S. in Computer Engineering from University of California, San Diego, and MBA from the Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California, Irvine.

Mike Dumont is a retired three-star U.S. Navy admiral, and his military career includes having served as the deputy commander of U.S. Northern Command and vice commander of North American Aerospace Defense Command. He has led teams in providing aerospace warning, aerospace control, missile defense, and maritime warning, and generating globally integrated effects using information enabled by artificial intelligence. Aside from his military career, Adm. Dumont has served as a principal deputy assistant secretary of defense where he provided policy advice and support to the Secretary of Defense and the Department of Defense. Adm. Dumont is the interim president of the California State University Maritime Academy and he is on the board of directors of the Marines’ Memorial Association, the board of advisors of Dataminr, Inc., and the national security advisory council of the U.S. Global Leadership Coalition. He holds a B.A. degree from the University of Southern Maine, an M.S. degree from the National War College, and a J.D. degree from Suffolk University Law School.

Joe Manko was appointed to OSS' board of directors in November, 2023. He has been serving as a managing member and senior principal of the investment fund, Horton Capital Management, a significant shareholder of the company, since 2013. His asset management and investment banking experience has included serving in executive positions at BZ Fund Management, Deutsche Bank and Merrill Lynch. He has also served as a corporate finance attorney at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom. Mr. Manko also serves on the boards of Safeguard Scientifics and Koru Medical Systems, and previously served as a director on the boards of Creative Realties and Wireless Telecom Group.

Mitchell Herbets currently serves as non-executive chairman of Thales Defense and Security, a global technology company that provides advanced technology equipment to the U.S. defense and federal technology markets. 
His current chairman positions also include:
• Safran Federal Systems (formerly Orolia Defense & Security), a provider of resilient positioning, navigation and timing (PNT) solutions and custom engineering services to federal agencies, defense organizations and contractors.
• Photonis Defense, provider of advanced products in the fields of broad bandwidth, high power microwave amplifiers and cutting-edge night and digital vision technologies to U.S. and allied governments.
• iDirect Government, a provider of tactical satellite communications systems to U.S. Primes for the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD). Herbets previously served on the board of Wireless Telecom Group (WTT), a NYSE American-listed provider of infrastructure for cellular systems, LTE and 5G waveforms, and telecommunications test equipment company before it was acquired by Maury Microwave earlier this year. He earlier served as president and CEO of Thales Communications (now Thales Defense and Security), a global leader in tactical radio technology. During his tenure, the company achieved average revenue growth of more than 30% and delivered an average EBIT of more than 20%.  Prior to being appointed a president and CEO of Thales, he served in a number of senior executive positions at the company, including leadership roles in program management, engineering, and business development. Before Thales, he served four years in U.S. Army with the final rank of captain. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Lehigh University, where he currently serves as a member of the advisory councils of Lehigh University’s Engineering College and its Electrical & Computer Engineering Department. He earned his MBA from George Washington University.
