Refund policy

If Buyer notifies OSS of any Nonconforming Goods within 30 days of delivery, OSS will, at its sole discretion: (i) repair or replace such Nonconforming Goods, or (ii) issue a credit or refund for the Price of the Nonconforming Goods, including any reasonable shipping and handling expenses incurred by Buyer in connection therewith. Buyer shall return the Nonconforming Goods, at its own expense and risk of loss, to an OSS-designated facility. If OSS elects to repair or replace the Nonconforming Goods, OSS will, upon receipt of the returned Goods, ship the repaired or replacement Goods to the Buyer’s specified street address at OSS’s expense and risk of loss.

  • All sales are final on conforming goods.
