    The PCIe x16 Gen 3 expansion kit connects a server to one I/O card. The PCIe x16 Gen 3 switch-based cable adapter plugs into a server and cables to a PCIe x16 Gen 3 switch-based target cable adapter. The PCIe x16 3.0 slot backplane supports up to a PCIe x16 Gen3 add-in board.
