Ponto is a cutting-edge expansion system that sets new standards in high-performance computing. This powerhouse offers unparalleled flexibility with 16 dual-width, full-length PCIe 5 slots supporting the most advanced 675W accelerators. This is accomplished with an impressive 14kW power subsystem, making it one of the most power-dense, air-cooled systems available. With 4 configurable PCIe slot zones, Ponto supports over 1.6TB/s of total interconnect bandwidth with peer-to-peer latency under 115ns and two or four host uplinks. The OSS U-BMC manages, monitors and controls Ponto's advanced thermal management system (featuring six hot-swap, high-performance fans), dynamic power delivery system, switch configuration and advanced accelerator add-in card functions.
