One Stop Systems (OSS) has continued to follow the COVID-19 pandemic very closely. The health and safety of our customers, employees and partners remain our main concern. We would like to update you about the measures we are taking.
Due to the medical, military, and other critical applications serviced by our products, we never closed the facility over the past two years as requested by the US Undersecretary of Defense. We continue to take appropriate precautions and measures to protect the health of our employees while continuing our daily business operations. Although the supply chain shortages because of COVID have made it more challenging, we have continued to work closely with our suppliers and delivery services to ensure the smoothest delivery of your orders. Although we have had challenges throughout the past two years like most companies, the team has done an excellent job of minimizing the disruption to processing and shipping your orders as usual.
