CEO, Member, Board of Directors
David Raun has more than 24 years of experience at senior management and board levels in public and private companies including over 10 M&A/fund raising events. He was with PLX Technology, Inc., a publicly traded company on Nasdaq, from 2004-2014 where he eventually became president, chief executive officer and a director. In this role, he led the company to an acquisition by Avago (now Broadcom) after driving the company to 70%+ market share, record revenues and profits. Mr. Raun also served as chief operations officer at Home Bay, an on-line technology base real estate company in 2019. Prior to Home Bay, he was the president, COO and interim chief financial officer at ASSIA, Inc. a Silicon Valley-based SaaS providers from 2016-2018. Here he led a quick turnaround driving to record revenues and approached 40% operating margins. Prior to these roles he had multiple VP of Marketing, Business Development, Corporate Development and Sales roles. He was chairman of the board at Kilopass, a semiconductor IP supplier until they were acquired by Synopsys in 2018. Mr. Raun holds a B.S. in computer and electrical engineering from University of California, Santa Barbara.
Chief Financial Officer
John Morrison, has served as our chief financial officer since September 1, 2017. Mr. Morrison is a CPA for more than 30 years with experience. From June 2014 to September 2017, he served as the chief financial and operations officer for Carole Cole Company. From January 2013 to September 2013 he served as the chief financial officer of Gen-E, an IT process automation software company. For eleven years, Mr. Morrison served as the executive vice president and chief financial and operations officer for the Kelley Blue Book Company. He began his career working 15 years for the public accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers both in the U.S. and Asia. Mr. Morrison holds a B.S. in accounting and business management and a Masters in Accounting from Brigham Young University.
Vice President, Product Marketing
Tim Miller has over 33 years of experience in high tech operations, management, marketing, business development, and sales. Miller previously was the CEO of Dolphin Interconnect Solutions and CEO and founder of StarGen, Inc. Mr. Miller holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Cornell University, a Masters of Business Administration from Wharton, and a Masters in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania.
Chief Product Officer
Jim Ison has 28 years' combined sales, product management and marketing management experience in leading-edge large-scale electronic systems using breakthrough technologies. His expertise covers government, communications and HPC markets with particular focus on AI applications in unique environments. Prior to OSS, Jim held senior sales and marketing positions for Ziatech and Rittal. During the 15 years in OSS management, he has led the technological evolution and integration of OSS' many mergers and acquisitions. Jim holds a bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering from CalPoly SLO and an MBA from University of Florida.
Vice President of Engineering
Julia Elbert has over 23 years of experience in engineering, specializing in Linux, PCI Express, and device drivers for communication hardware. Elbert is responsible for managing and leading the team of engineers at One Stop Systems to develop high speed electronic products focused around PCI Express. She also works in business development to build partnerships with vendors and customers to support One Stop Systems and Magma’s product line and to increase sales. Elbert graduated from the University of California, San Diego.
Vice President of Operations
Victor has over 28 years’ experience in entrepreneurship having co-founded 5 different companies. He began his career by starting his own small business and from there he oversaw operations at a company that grew from $5M to over $100M in less than 6 years. Victor is on the board of advisors for World Help and chairs an annual Causelife Golf Tournament in San Diego. He is the recipient of multiple community involvement awards. Victor holds a B.A. from Thomas Edison State University, and attended the Stanford Executive Institute for management of technology companies.
Vice President of Technology
Jim joined OSS from Concept Development, Inc., where he served as President for 29 years before the merger with OSS in 2018. CDI provided services to OEMs in the aerospace, medical, and industrial fields, mainly the development of embedded computer and networking components. Jim is a founder and board member of New Vista School (501c3), a high school tailored for students with autism, and served 8 years as an elected member of the Capistrano USD board. Jim studied Computer Science and Math at UC Irvine and received an NACD certificate in Corporate Governance from the UCI Bren School of Management.
Managing Director, Bressner Technology
Martin Stiborski is running the OSS EMEA business, as well as our wholly owned subsidiary, Bressner Technology in Munich, Germany. Martin is a self-driven Managing Director with 19 years of experience in the IT industry, specializing in rugged industrial and high-performance computing products. He started his career in various sales and marketing positions before being promoted to director of sales and marketing, general manager and 2015 managing director. Martin has an entrepreneurial and agile mindset, excellent management skills and tactics. He combines sales and marketing driven execution with a deep technical prowess. In his career, he became very well connected to strategic supply chain partners globally. Bressner Technology GmbH is part of OSS since October 2018.

Kieran Carroll is a technology executive with deep experience building and delivering artificial intelligence-enabled products to commercial and government clients. Most recently, he serves as Chief of Staff and Head of Government Affairs for ZeroEyes, Inc., the industry’s leading AI Based video analytics weapons detection platform.
Kieran came to ZeroEyes from PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he worked with clients in telecommunications, financial services, and healthcare. Previously, he served as a naval officer at Special Operations Forces and Intelligence Community organizations and deployed to Afghanistan, Africa, and the Middle East.
He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Data Ethics Consortium for Security (DECS) and sits on advisory boards of several technology companies to include BreachBits, Advisar AI, and DroneHQ.
Kieran is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and received an MBA from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management.
Kieran will advise on OSS’s AI Transportable strategy related to AI used in a number of Industrial segments as well as make introductions within the Special Forces and Intelligence Community where they are pursuing performance without compromise.

Mike Dumont brings expertise in government, aerospace & defense, risk management and organizational leadership. He is a retired three-star admiral, and his career includes having served as the deputy commander of U.S. Northern Command and vice commander of North American Aerospace Defense Command. He oversaw military responses to border security, natural disasters, and the COVID-19 pandemic in the United States where AI solutions were deployed to meet operational demands. He also led teams in providing aerospace warning, aerospace control, missile defense and maritime warning, and generating globally integrated effects using information enabled by artificial intelligence.
Adm. Dumont serves on the board of directors of the Marines’ Memorial Association, the board of advisors of Dataminr, Inc., and the national security advisory council of the U.S. Global Leadership Coalition. He holds a B.A. degree from the University of Southern Maine and a J.D. degree from Suffolk University Law School.
Mike will be key to the advising of OSS to accelerate the navigation of many parts of the DOD and NATO. He recognizes the immediate need of OSS’s leading capabilities and platforms in the military theater as it deploys AI. He believes the unique technology offered by OSS can contribute to keeping the USA and NATO strong while also saving lives.

Robin Fontes is a retired U.S. Army Major General who brings extensive experience in government, defense, and diplomacy. She most recently served as the Deputy Commanding General of U.S. Army Cyber Command synchronizing cyberspace operations in pursuit of Department of Defense (DoD) and Army strategic priorities. During her nearly 35-year career, she also commanded three multi-national units in Afghanistan, and oversaw some of the nation’s largest programs providing military equipment and services to foreign partners and allies.
Robin currently serves on the board of directors of the Marines’ Memorial Foundation, the board of advisors for the Center for Cyber Security Innovations at the City University of Seattle and the board of advisors for Kronos Fusion Energy Defense Systems. She is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point (BS), the University of Washington (MA), and the National War College (MS).
Robin will advise on OSS’s AI Transportable strategy relating to the U.S. Army’s adoption of AI systems and introducing OSS products to NATO allies.

Christopher Lever has spent his 32-year career in the technology sector including AI, leading functional organizations in finance, product management and sales. His M&A experience includes 12 transactions valued at over $2 billion.
For the past 21 years, Mr. Lever has worked in executive leadership roles within embedded computing. At GE, he was director, global sales, and then general manager, embedded where he had full P&L responsibility for the $200 million embedded business. Mr. Lever led the team for the successful sale in 2015 of GE’s embedded business to Veritas Capital for $515 million. Then with Abaco Systems, Mr. Lever was executive vice president, corporate development. In addition to completing two M&A transactions, he forged a partnership with NVIDIA for exclusive access to components used for Abaco’s AI / autonomous product line. In 2021, Mr. Lever led the company’s M&A process leading to the sale of Abaco to AMETEK, Inc. for $1.35 billion.
Christopher brings significant depth in many of OSS’s target markets in the AI Transportables space. He will provide a nice contrast to the OSS strategy as they approached it from the embedded compute angle as most do, rather than bringing performance without compromise from the latest technology in the data center into these harsh and demanding mobile applications. The Company will also leverage his deep M&A experience as appropriate.

Scott Orton has an extensive background in DOD acquisition, system development, and successful program execution. In his prior role as Vice President and General Manager of Edge Processing for Mercury Systems, Scott had full responsibility for Mercury’s Edge and Secure computing businesses.
Scott has extensive knowledge of computing systems design, computing product life cycles, global supply chain dependencies, commercial military sales, and security needs for advanced AI/ML computing at the edge. In addition to Mercury Systems, Scott held positions including Technical Director, Capture Manager, and Program Director at Raytheon as well as multiple positions within DoD Acquisition. Scott has a Master’s degree in Systems Engineering from Johns Hopkins University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida.
Scott’s successful focus on the DOD throughout his career including a senior role at Mercury Systems, considered to be the 1000lb gorilla in the fragmented competitive landscape, along with his years at Raytheon, one of OSS’s largest customers, is expected to provide great insight and value for OSS. His experience and relationships within the army, navy and air force is expected to accelerate OSS’s success and validation with at least 3 of the targeted eight AI Transportable verticals within the DOD.

Roger Stanton is a retired Naval Aviator and Test Pilot with over 22 years’ experience in the design, development, and fielding of advanced aerospace systems including AI. He is an expert in the application of cutting-edge technology to complex maritime military operations and a thought-leader on the organizational and business implications of artificial intelligence.
Roger is currently a Strategic Account Executive at DataRobot, an enterprise artificial intelligence company helping customers rapidly derive business value from machine learning.
Roger holds a BS in Materials Science and Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, a MS in Systems Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School, a MS in Operations Research from Southern Methodist University, and an MBA from the Darden School of Business.
Roger’s impressive background will help with the strategy along with the penetration of maritime and aerospace AI Transportables within the military. His experience and position with AI will help OSS explore ways to complement its products over time with more of a software value proposition.

Lex is currently Vice President of Remote Operations for Phantom Auto, an innovative company enabling people to remotely operate vehicles across sites from thousands of miles away. In this capacity, Lex is responsible for a business unit providing Remote Operations as A Service focused on the logistics industry in effort to help solve the global supply chain crisis plagued with labor shortages by detaching labor from location.
From 2011 to 2021, Lex served in C-level and Director positions with private and publicly traded Fortune 500 companies focused on providing Big Data, Analytics, and Digital Transformation solutions to the Intelligence Community where he continues to consult.
Lex began his career as a US Navy Fighter Pilot, TOPGUN graduate and Desert Storm Veteran. After 9/11, Lex transitioned to the US Air Force where he flew Predator and Reaper Remotely Operated Aircraft. He held Squadron and Group Command positions serving extensively in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Lex culminated his military service at the Pentagon on the Air Staff as Deputy Director for Air Operations with oversight of $42B of Air Force programs and 32,000 officers and enlisted Aircrew retiring as a Colonel. Lex maintains a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph and holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management and an MBA from the University of Alabama, Manderson Graduate School of Business. In his spare time, he flies the A320 Airbus for United Airlines.
As part of our newly established Advisory Board, Lex brings a wealth of experience and access to nascent markets for OSS in the Industrial and military AI Transportable segments. He is well connected within the Intelligence Community and will advise OSS on the navigation of this target area for the company.
